About Our Shipping

We only provide refunds for products that are damaged. Some areas nationwide are experiencing delays. If your product is damaged upon receipt, you should promptly contact us at [email protected]. In order to receive a refund, you must provide the order name, order number, and a picture of the damaged product with details of the product and the damage. You should also indicate whether you would like a refund or a replacement of your product.  Please discard all damaged perishables/sea moss gel as the product may have gone bad.

Upon request, a refund of the product price will be provided. Refunds DO NOT include any shipping charges and DC Moss is not responsible for shipping delays. Under no circumstances will DC Moss refund costs associated with shipping.
